About insurance
If the total value of the items included in the parcel exceeds 20,000 yen, you must select the appropriate insurance option when creating the parcel.

Compensation is determined by the declared value of the items included in the parcel, so we recommend declaring the actual price of your items.
If the total price of the goods does not exceed 20,000 yen, there is no need to insure the parcel.

If the item in your package is damaged or lost during transit, please follow the instructions to receive compensation.
About insurance premiums
The insurance premium depends on the declared value of the goods in the parcel.
The value of the contents of the item is determined by the sender.
The declared value amount must be written on the package (envelope, box, parcel).
