注文代行サービスについて

ロシア・旧ソ連圏で販売されている商品をお客様の代わりに購入し、日本のお客様のもとへ商品を発送するサービスです。

主にHPからの注文、カタログ通販の注文などの購入代行となります。

インターネットなどで欲しい商品は見つけたけど、言葉がわからない、注文方法がわからない等といった場合にご利用下さい。

商品が品切れ等で購入できなった場合は、ご入金いただいている商品代金をご返金いたします。

※その際は、振込手数料は差し引いてのご返金となりますのでご了承ください。

注文代行手数料

16,000～44,999ルーブル	商品代金の15%
45,000～99,999ルーブル	商品代金の15%
100,000～199,999ルーブル	15% of the product price
200,000 rubles ~	商品代金の10%

※為替変動により値段が上下する可能性があります。

※複数店舗での注文代行をご希望の場合も1店舗ごとに上記の手数料となります。

※Amazon.fr等の一部オンラインショップでは、同一のオンラインショップでも、出品者／出品店舗が異なる場合は1店舗（出品者）ごとに上記の手数料となります。

また、お値下げの交渉はご遠慮くださいませ。

個人間売買サイトの注文代行手数料

1売主ごとに1,000ルーブル（売買が成立しなかった場合のみ）

成立した場合の手数料

Other fees

Weight surcharge

If your shipment to Japan weighs 5kg or more, we will add a fee of 1,300 rubles for every 5kg.

For items weighing less than 5kg, no additional charge will be applied.

Inspection fee (optional)

This is a service to check if there are any mistakes between the items received and the items ordered.

You can photograph the received product and confirm it.

We also charge a fee for requests regarding packing methods, such as wrapping with cushioning material.

Box fee

If we prepare a box for consolidating items arriving from multiple stores or in multiple packages into a single shipment, you will be charged the actual cost.

Long-term storage fee

If your commission payment is not confirmed by us two weeks after the goods arrive, we will charge you 1,300 rubles per week as a storage fee.

If you wish to combine shipments from multiple stores, you will be charged 1,300 rubles per week if not all items have arrived for more than two weeks after the first item's arrival.

Investigation fee

お店からの返答が得られない場合などでも返金はできかねますのでご了承ください。
また、最終的にご注文をされない場合でも、調査のみの代金を請求させていただく場合がございます。

内容によっては、別途調査料を加算させていただく場合もあります。
